| For Odisha Domicile | Diploma in mining, mechanical, Electrical/ Electronics/ instrumentation, civil metallurgy, safety. BA/ BSc/BCom/ BCA having knowledge of computer. ITI in Fitter, electrician trade. PG Diploma/ MBA in HR |
| For West Bangal Domicile | Diploma in mining, mechanical, Electrical, metallurgy. PG Diploma/ MBA in HR |
| Qualification Status | only pass out candidate can apply on after 2020 |
| Age | age between 1st October 1994 and 1st October 2006 (both dates are included) |
